When I’m not creating, I am finding inspiration in the things that have always shaped who I am: food, stories, and the world around me. Growing up in Vermont taught me the importance of community, slowing down, and appreciating the small moments that often become the most meaningful. Being raised by chefs gave me an early appreciation for food and the stories that come with it, which has grown into a deeper passion for wellness and the connection between what we eat and how we care for ourselves.

I am all about finding meaning in everyday experiences, whether that be trying a new recipe, getting lost in a good book, writing in my journal, or taking time to reflect on the moments that shape me. I love learning from different perspectives, exploring new ideas, and discovering the stories behind the people, places, and experiences around me.

I always look for more ways to grow, learn, and stay curious about the world. Whether that be through creativity, wellness, or simply taking the time to appreciate the little things, I believe inspiration can be found everywhere.
